The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a first-instance verdict. Three men were sentenced for crimes against humanity in Prijedor in 1992. Zdravko Panić and Trivo Vukić each received 15 years in prison. They were found guilty of abducting and murdering 11 civilians held at Dom u Miskoj Glavi. Slobodan Knežević was sentenced to ten years for killing a civilian.
Five other defendants were acquitted of charges. These charges included the abduction, abuse, and murder of about 120 civilians from Dom u Miskoj Glavi. These crimes also took place in July 1992. Panić, Trivo Vukić, and Knežević were not present at the verdict. The Court ordered their detention. The trial began in April 2017. The verdict can be appealed.
