Xiaomi 17T Series to Feature Leica Cameras, Dual Sizes

Xiaomi will soon launch its new 17T series smartphones. These phones will be available in two sizes for the first time. Users showed a preference for the smaller, compact model. The devices will have a premium finish.

Xiaomi highlights photography with the slogan "Master of Telephoto Photography." Both 17T models will include Leica telephoto cameras. These cameras offer 5x optical zoom, 10x "optical quality" zoom, and 120x AI Ultra Zoom. Xiaomi says its cameras will outperform rivals.

The standard 17T may have a 6,500 mAh battery with 67W fast charging. The Pro model might feature a 7,000 mAh battery, with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. The basic model is plastic, the Pro has a metal frame. Full details and regional prices come on May 28.
