Border Provocation: Serbian Flags United on Drina Bridge

A nationalist event occurred on the King Alexander I Karađorđević bridge, a border crossing between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. Young people from Zvornik, BiH, and Mali Zvornik, Serbia, joined flags of the RS entity and Serbia. While local media presented this as uniting people, many saw it as a clear provocation. The event marked the "Day of Serbian Unity, Freedom, and National Flag," recalling the 1918 Thessaloniki Front breakthrough. Representatives like Stefan Prodanović stated that history and culture unite them across the Drina River. These messages imply the international border is merely a physical barrier. They ignore BiH symbols and carry clear secessionist hints.
