Bosnia's Grand Mufti Praises Islamic Unity in Sandžak and Serbia

Reisul-ulema Husein-ef. Kavazović of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina sent congratulations. This was for the signing of a Charter on Unity. The charter creates one Islamic Community for Sandžak and Serbia. He congratulated all participants. Kavazović called this a historic step. It ends long divisions among Muslims in Sandžak and Serbia. He asked for Allah's blessing. A united Islamic Community benefits Muslims. It also helps the Republic of Serbia and its society. Stable religious groups bring peace and cooperation. The Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina will always support the new united Islamic Community in Serbia. This support is for its unity, freedom, and dignity.
