Court Bans Federation Minister Vojin Mijatović From Holding Public Office
The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina banned Minister Vojin Mijatović from performing his official duties. The court also barred him from holding any managerial position in the entity.
This decision follows an indictment for abuse of office regarding nearly one million convertible marks in grant funds. The indictment also targets ministry officials Nevzet Sefo and Adis Fajić, alongside company directors Bojan Lazić and Harun Mlivo.
