Lejla Zvizdić Rejects Offers to Switch Parties in Sarajevo Canton

Panic has spread among the outgoing ruling coalition after recent elections. Strategists from the Trojka coalition attempted to recruit newly elected female lawmakers. One of their targets was Lejla Zvizdić from the Party for BiH.

Zvizdić rejected all indirect offers to switch sides. She confirmed that intermediaries contacted her to test her stance. She stated clearly that she will not leave her party. Zvizdić added that political trading violates her character and morals. She stated that the mandate given by citizens is not for sale. Despite these rejections, the Trojka claims it still has support, but the patriotic bloc insists Sarajevo Canton will have a new government.
